Winchester Wings & Wheels offers exhibit space to businesses, clubs, nonprofit organizations, and individuals to promote your product or organization, or advertise your activity. Spaces in our Main Terminal have electricity available upon prior request but outdoor spaces do not. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, table cloths, signs, displays, etc. Portable generators must be quiet and are only permitted outdoors. Vendor vehicles are allowed in the vendor area for set up and tear down but must be parked in assigned vendor parking lot during the event. Only one vehicle allowed per application. Commercial Vendors must provide copy of business license and Certificate of Insurance showing a $1M general liability limit and naming Winchester Regional Airport Authority named as an additional insured. The Certificate of Insurance is required for participation in the event.
Set up is available on May 31st from 5:00PM to 7:00PM and the morning of the event from 8:00AM until 10:00AM. Tear down can begin no sooner than 2:30PM and must be completed by 5:00PM. Event management has the right to disapprove any display. Payments must be received in full by the Airport Office prior to set-up for the event. Payment can be made by cash or check and mailed or dropped off to the address below. Credit card payment can be received at the Airport during normal business hours. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. If the event is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, all monies collected will be used to pay any outstanding event expenses and the rest donated to the sponsored charity.
