The County of Frederick offers delinquent tax properties for sale. These properties are offered pursuant to the Code of Virginia. The date and time for sale will be posted on this site when the sale has been ordered by the Court. The list of properties below are currently being pursued for delinquent taxes.
After June 30,2024, legal proceedings may be commenced under the authority of Sec. 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia to sell the following parcels of property for payment of delinquent Frederick County VA real estate taxes.

The owner of any property listed may redeem it at any time before the date of the Sale by paying all accumulated taxes, penalties, reasonable attorneys' fees, interest, and costs thereon, including the cost of publication.
