 Jeffery Charles Koller - Homicide

 

On September 13, 2015 a body was located in the 100 block area of Chipmonk Trail, Winchester, VA.  The body was found to be Jeffery Charles Koller, who was known as Dutch.   Koller had been shot.  Reference 15004920, Investigator Nail.
