• The account holder is held by parents or guardians, enabling them to add additional family members.

• Remember to state your child's grade for the current academic year.

Required Fields:

• First Name, Last Name,  Date of Birth, Gender, Phone, Email, Home Address, Zip Code, City, State

Other Account Members:

• First Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Grade

  * To add additional information for other account members, uncheck Use Parent Contact

• Additional Information that can be added include: Phone Number, Email Address, Emergency Contact

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT:

On a computer click Log In/Create Account:

Select Create Your Account

Fill in Account Holder fields

Click Next Step: Other Account Members

• If needed, click Add Account Member to add additional users to the account and enter their information

Click Save & Close to complete the account setup

On a smart phone click Account:

Click SIGN UP

Click Next Step: Other Account Members
