Early In-Person voting for the November General Election: starts Friday September 19, 2025 and runs through Friday October 31, 2025. Will be open Saturdays October 25 and November 1, 2025.
Early In-Person voting at the Registrar’s Office: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and the last two Saturdays before the election, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
All Frederick County Early Voting will take place at
341 Sunnyside Plaza Dr, Winchester.
Next to the Car Wash.
Ballot Drop Box: Located at the Office of Elections building at 341/3 Sunnyside Plaza Dr, Winchester, VA 22603. Available during business hours.
October 24, 2025 will be the last day to apply to receive an absentee ballot by mail.
All Frederick County Polling places will be open 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and will have ballot drop boxes available for your convenience.
The Frederick County Electoral Board will meet
at 12:00 noon the day after the election
in the General Registrar’s Office
to start the Election Canvass
