Early In-Person voting starts approximately 45 days before the elections. Is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and the last two Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. before the election.

Ballot Drop Box: Located at the Office of Elections building at 343 Sunnyside Plaza Dr, Winchester, VA 22603. Available during business hours.
12 Days prior to the election will be the final day to apply to receive an absentee ballot by mail.
All Frederick County Polling places will be open 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and will have ballot drop boxes available for your convenience.
The Frederick County Electoral Board will meet
at 12:00 noon the day after the election
in the General Registrar’s Office
to start the Election Canvass.
