Frederick County Sheriff’s Office and Frederick County Fire & Rescue partner to instruct “Civilian Response Causality Care (C.R.C.C.)”.
This free 4-hour course combines the Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) course with Stop the Bleed.
The CRASE course was developed by ALERRT, which provides strategies, guidance, and a proven plan for surviving an active threat attack.
The Stop the Bleed course is a national awareness campaign and a call to action. Participants are trained and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.
Participants of Civilian Response Causality Care training will receive instruction on many important topics such as:
