Central Information Hub Launches on County Website
Includes Updates on Data Centers and Transmission Lines

Directed staff to prepare a resolution scheduling public hearings on an ordinance amendment that would remove data centers as an allowed use in all County zoning districts.
Approved a resolution opposing Valley Link’s Valley North Transmission Line project and authorized the County Administrator and County Attorney to retain specialized legal and consulting services.
Updates on these topics are now available in the new Information Hub at FCVA.us. The hub currently features important issues such as the Comprehensive Plan update, data centers, transmission lines, and I‑81 improvements, along with departmental news and meeting schedules. Additional topics will continue to be added in the coming months to keep residents informed.
