Entry level employees are immersed in onsite training, provided by seasoned mentors who have a strong working knowledge of Blue Ridge's operations, as well as maintenance of machinery. In production roles, as troubleshooting abilities and knowledge increases, employees can be promoted, where their skills will be put to the test in a high-quality machine environment that includes names like Sumitomo-Demag presses, Sepro and UR ro/cobots, and Gammaflux temperature control units.
