Wendy May, CEcD, is an economic development professional with more than 20 years of experience serving Frederick County, Virginia. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Shenandoah University, along with professional certificates from the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute and George Mason University. She is a member of the International Economic Development Council and serves on the Communications Committee for the Virginia Economic Developers Association. Wendy is a graduate of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber’s Community Leadership Program.
