Two Winchester-Frederick County manufacturers were named winners of the 2025 Virginia Manufacturing Cup. Trex Company earned Gold in the Rubber & Plastics Division and White House Foods brought home Bronze in the Chemicals, Allied Products & Pharmaceuticals Division.  Details ›
