Applications for Open Board of Supervisors Positions are now Open

The Frederick County Board of Supervisors is now taking applications for the position of Chairman at Large and the representative for the Gainesboro District. Both openings have occurred due to the resignations of the previous members.

To apply, go to www.fcva.us/departments/board-of-supervisors/committees and click on the APPLY button. You will be taken to the online application. Under the question “Which Boards would you like to apply for?” select Board of Supervisors. You will then be asked to select Chairman, Gainesboro, or both if you would like to be considered for either position. Please note that the Gainesboro representative must reside in the Gainesboro District; the Chairman may reside in any district in Frederick County.

Applications will be open through September 24.
